Unstructured and Generic Feedback Process
Unstructured and Generic Feedback Process
Session reviewers had to watch recorded tutoring sessions and then submit their feedback through a long Google Form. This process was not very smooth for reviewers and often felt tedious. Because the feedback was given separately from the video, it usually ended up being generic and not connected to specific moments in the session. As a result, tutors found it difficult to understand what exactly they needed to improve.
